Best Chiller General Transport is a chiller transport company based in Mussafah M13, Abu Dhabi, specializing in the movement of chilled and frozen goods. We manage a high-precision delivery network that supports businesses depending on thermal integrity. Our role extends beyond simple transit to maintaining product condition throughout each stage of movement across the Emirates.
Today, our operations cover the entire UAE, from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and Sharjah. We operate a range of climate-controlled vehicles—from chiller vans and freezer units to refrigerated trucks—used based on load type, distance, and temperature requirement.
We focus on keeping every shipment within its required thermal range through controlled loading, monitored transit, and careful offloading, maintaining consistency from dispatch to final delivery point.
Over 10 years ago, Best Chiller General Transport was founded in Abu Dhabi after we observed how extreme heat and inconsistent handling were disrupting temperature-sensitive deliveries. Products were often exposed during loading, delayed between stops, or transported without stable cooling, leading to avoidable losses for businesses relying on controlled conditions.
Recognizing this gap, we set out to build a transport operation focused on maintaining temperature stability throughout the delivery cycle. Early on, we handled small-scale food and beverage consignments, where timing, route planning, and minimal door exposure were critical to preserving product condition in high ambient temperatures.
To support this, we initially invested in chiller and freezer vans, using Toyota, Mercedes, and Mitsubishi vehicles equipped with dedicated cooling systems to handle early-stage delivery requirements.. As demand increased, our operations expanded beyond Abu Dhabi to surrounding regions, supporting businesses that required more consistent and controlled delivery execution.
When we started, our operations were limited to a small fleet of 7 vans with 1 to 3-ton capacity, primarily handling short-distance chiller transport within Abu Dhabi. At this stage, our focus was on building consistency in local temperature-controlled deliveries under real operating conditions.
As demand increased due to consistent delivery performance, we expanded our van fleet to handle higher daily volumes.
Over time, we scaled our van operations further by increasing both chiller and freezer units to support different temperature requirements. As of 2026, our fleet has grown to over 140 vans, including 64 chiller vans (standard and high-roof), 40 freezer vans, and additional refrigerated and dry vans used for mixed cargo movement across various delivery routes.
As shipment volumes continued to grow, vans alone began reaching operational capacity limits, particularly for bulk and long-distance consignments. This led to the introduction of temperature-controlled trucks, which includes over 50 vehicles, covering chiller trucks, freezer trucks, and refrigerated trucks ranging from 3 to 10 tons in capacity.
With this shift in fleet structure, our operations naturally extended beyond Abu Dhabi as delivery demand increased from Dubai, Sharjah, and surrounding regions. This resulted in coordinated transport activity across key commercial zones in the UAE, supported through established operational presence in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Our operations are managed by our owner, Javeed Khan, who has been an active figure in the UAE’s transport sector since 2016. Rather than taking a purely administrative role, Javeed maintains direct oversight of the cold chain’s daily integrity. He works closely with our vehicle managers to monitor fleet performance and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that any high-sensitivity cargo issues are resolved at the leadership level.
By staying in constant communication with both the dispatch team and our clients, Javeed ensures that technical standards—from pre-cooling cycles to real-time temperature tracking—are strictly followed. This hands-on involvement provides a direct layer of accountability, ensuring that every delivery across the Emirates meets our requirements for thermal stability and timing.
Best Chiller General Transport maintains a high-capacity logistics network designed to support the UAE’s primary food and pharmaceutical supply chains.
